Welcome to ReServe Greater Boston: Helping professionals age 55+ reinvest a career's worth of skills to strengthen their communities.

ReServe Greater Boston is an innovative program that matches professionals age 55+ (ReServists) with organizations that need their expertise.  Nonprofits and public agencies can tap into a lifetime of experience to fill crucial staffing gaps and help organizations stay on mission. ReServists can do great things for their communities while they put their professional expertise to work on part-time service projects, in exchange for a modest hourly stipend paid by the host organization.

Launching in fall 2012, ReServe Greater Boston is operated by JVS Boston, in collaboration with Discovering What’s Next. For 75 years, JVS Boston has been a leader in creating new roads to employment opportunities and career advancement. Each year, JVS Boston helps 15,000 diverse individuals find employment and build sustainable careers, and partners with 1,200 local employers to hire, develop and retain productive workers. Discovering What's Next is a leading provider of innovative programs and services that help people over 50 find greater purpose, engagement and balance in their lives and work.
