ReServe works with hundreds of nonprofits and public agencies like yours to help them stay on mission. We call them our Partners.

  • What do you need? Are you struggling to find a way to get your message out to funders? Do you need extra support to free up your full-time staff to focus on your clients? ReServists provide direct services, offer administrative support, and supply capacity-building expertise to social service agencies, cultural institutions, community-based organizations, schools, libraries, and hospitals.
  • What do we do? We recruit continuing professionals age 55+ (ReServists) who want part-time, flexible work that offers them a chance to have a big social impact. We help you find the ReServist with the skills, experience and passion to do the job you need done.
  • Build capacity with talent that meets your schedule. Assignments can be short-term (three-six months) or ongoing. ReServists can fill your project-based needs, such as event planning or preparing an employee handbook, or become a backbone for your organization in areas such as finance, human resources, marketing, or grant writing. Most work 10 to 20 hours a week.
  • High quality, affordable talent with flexibility for everyone. Partners pay ReServe a modest, flat hourly rate which includes the ReServists’ $10/hour stipends and payment to a third party employer of record. ReServists are not on your payroll.
